All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials on the AthexView platform are the exclusive property of AthexView and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all transaction data and personal data you input into the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece) and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Το AthexView είναι πλατφόρμα παρακολούθησης προσωπικού χαρτοφυλακίου για επενδυτές στο Χρηματιστήριο Αθηνών (ΧΑ) και άλλες αγορές. Η Υπηρεσία επιτρέπει στους χρήστες να:
Η Υπηρεσία παρέχεται «ως έχει» για προσωπική, μη εμπορική χρήση. Δεν παρέχουμε χρηματιστηριακές, θεματοφυλακτικές ή άλλες ρυθμιζόμενες χρηματοοικονομικές υπηρεσίες.
Είστε αποκλειστικά υπεύθυνοι για τη διατήρηση της εμπιστευτικότητας των διαπιστευτηρίων σύνδεσής σας και για όλες τις δραστηριότητες που πραγματοποιούνται μέσω του λογαριασμού σας. Οφείλετε:

Όλο το περιεχόμενο, ο σχεδιασμός, ο κώδικας, τα εμπορικά σήματα και το υλικό της πλατφόρμας AthexView αποτελούν αποκλειστική ιδιοκτησία του AthexView και των αδειοδοτών του. Σας χορηγείται περιορισμένη, μη αποκλειστική, μη μεταβιβάσιμη και ανακλητή άδεια χρήσης της Υπηρεσίας για προσωπικούς, μη εμπορικούς σκοπούς.
Δεν επιτρέπεται η αντιγραφή, αναπαραγωγή, διανομή ή τροποποίηση οποιουδήποτε τμήματος της Υπηρεσίας χωρίς προηγούμενη γραπτή συγκατάθεση.
Διατηρείτε την ιδιοκτησία όλων των δεδομένων συναλλαγών και προσωπικών δεδομένων που εισάγετε στην Υπηρεσία.
Στο μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από το εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο:
Συμφωνείτε να αποζημιώνετε και να απαλλάσσετε το AthexView και τους χειριστές του από οποιεσδήποτε αξιώσεις, ευθύνες, ζημίες και έξοδα (συμπεριλαμβανομένων εύλογων νομικών αμοιβών) που προκύπτουν από τη χρήση της Υπηρεσίας, την παραβίαση των παρόντων Όρων ή παραβίαση δικαιωμάτων τρίτων.
Δεν εγγυόμαστε αδιάλειπτη πρόσβαση στην Υπηρεσία. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα να τροποποιήσουμε, αναστείλουμε ή διακόψουμε την Υπηρεσία (ή οποιοδήποτε τμήμα της) οποτεδήποτε, με ή χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση, χωρίς να φέρουμε ευθύνη έναντι υμών ή τρίτων.
Μπορείτε να διαγράψετε τον λογαριασμό σας οποτεδήποτε από τις ρυθμίσεις προφίλ. Κατά τη διαγραφή, όλα τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα και το ιστορικό συναλλαγών διαγράφονται μόνιμα εντός 30 ημερών.
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα αναστολής ή διακοπής του λογαριασμού σας εάν κρίνουμε, κατά την απόλυτη διακριτική μας ευχέρεια, ότι έχετε παραβιάσει τους παρόντες Όρους.
Η χρήση της Υπηρεσίας υπόκειται στην Πολιτική Απορρήτου μας, η οποία ενσωματώνεται στους παρόντες Όρους δια παραπομπής.
Οι παρόντες Όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο και το εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Οποιαδήποτε διαφορά υπάγεται στην αποκλειστική αρμοδιότητα των αρμόδιων δικαστηρίων Αθηνών. Εάν είστε καταναλωτής στην ΕΕ, διατηρείτε τα υποχρεωτικά δικαιώματα προστασίας καταναλωτών που προβλέπονται από τη νομοθεσία της χώρας κατοικίας σας.
Οι παρόντες Όροι, μαζί με την Πολιτική Απορρήτου και την Πολιτική Cookies, αποτελούν το σύνολο της συμφωνίας μεταξύ υμών και του AthexView και υπερισχύουν κάθε προηγούμενης συμφωνίας. Εάν οποιαδήποτε διάταξη κριθεί άκυρη ή ανεκτέλεστη, οι υπόλοιπες διατάξεις παραμένουν σε πλήρη ισχύ.
