Why not just use my broker's portal? ▼

Your broker shows you a position list with the current price and total value. That's the beginning of portfolio analytics, not the end. There's no P&L column, no dividend history, no performance over time. The broker portal was designed for executing trades. AthexView is designed for the part that comes after — understanding what those trades did to your wealth.

How does it calculate P&L? ▼

You import your buy, sell, and dividend transactions. AthexView computes your holdings, cost basis using FIFO, unrealised and realised gains, and fetches live prices every 15 minutes. Everything is calculated from your raw transactions — nothing is estimated or approximated.

Can I import my existing transactions? ▼

Yes. The bulk import accepts CSV, XLSX, and XLS files from your broker. A preview validates every row before you commit. The app recognises common column names and resolves Greek company names to tickers automatically — including names like ΦΒΜΕΖΖ or ΑΡΑΙΓ from a built-in ATHEX reference table.

Which markets are supported? ▼

Optimised for ATHEX but works with any market — US stocks, European exchanges, ETFs, and indices. Prices, historical charts, and dividend detection all work globally. Just use the correct ticker format (AAPL for US, AIR.PA for Euronext Paris, and so on).

Is my data secure? ▼

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Sessions use opaque tokens stored as SHA-256 hashes — a compromised database exposes no valid sessions. Cookies are httpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Login attempts are rate-limited. AthexView stores your transactions and positions — it never touches your broker account or credentials.
